【摘要】：目的初步構(gòu)建助產(chǎn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。方法以最新的助產(chǎn)質(zhì)量實(shí)證依據(jù)框架為指導(dǎo),根據(jù)指標(biāo)篩選原則,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)評(píng)閱法、專家會(huì)議法、理論分析法及專家咨詢法,初步建立助產(chǎn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,供進(jìn)一步大范圍的德?tīng)柗品?yàn)證。結(jié)果通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)評(píng)閱總結(jié)出助產(chǎn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)池,包括指標(biāo)名稱及特殊指標(biāo)的界定。通過(guò)綜合分析、取舍,最后形成了包括45項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的助產(chǎn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。專家咨詢問(wèn)卷回收率為100%,81.3%的專家提出文字建議,專家的權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.92,指標(biāo)重要性評(píng)分變異系數(shù)為0~0.29。結(jié)論在最新助產(chǎn)質(zhì)量實(shí)證依據(jù)框架指導(dǎo)下初步形成的助產(chǎn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系具有科學(xué)性和合理性,可通過(guò)德?tīng)柗茖＜易稍兎ㄟM(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the evaluation index system of midwifery quality. Methods under the guidance of the latest empirical basis framework of midwifery quality, according to the principle of index screening, through literature review method, expert meeting method, theoretical analysis method and expert consultation method, the evaluation index system of midwifery quality was preliminarily established for further verification by Delphi method. Results through literature review, the evaluation index pool of midwifery quality was summarized, including the definition of index name and special index. Through comprehensive analysis and trade-off, the evaluation index system of midwifery quality including 45 indexes is formed. The recovery rate of expert consultation questionnaire was 100%. 81.3% of the experts put forward written suggestions, the authority coefficient of experts was 0.92, and the coefficient of variation of index importance score was 0 鈮，
