【摘要】：目的探討高齡胃癌患者的自我效能感與生活質(zhì)量、社會支持及焦慮抑郁的相關(guān)性。方法 88例高齡胃癌患者應(yīng)用一般資料調(diào)查問卷、癌癥患者自我效能感量表、歐洲生活質(zhì)量協(xié)作組癌癥核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)中文量表、社會支持問卷及綜合醫(yī)院焦慮抑郁量表進行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果高齡胃癌患者自我效能感總分為(84.15±5.245)分;總體生活質(zhì)量得分(52.08±18.210)分,處于中等偏低水平;社會支持總分為(37.82±3.360)分,自我效能感總分與總體生活質(zhì)量總分及功能領(lǐng)域得分均呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.813、0.365,P0.01),與社會支持總分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.240,P0.05);與焦慮呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.215,P0.05)。結(jié)論臨床醫(yī)護人員應(yīng)重視胃癌患者的自我效能感,充分應(yīng)用社會支持,制定科學(xué)可行、高質(zhì)量的癌癥患者自我管理項目和方案,從而提升其生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life, social support, anxiety and depression in elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods 88 elderly patients with gastric cancer were investigated and analyzed with General data questionnaire, Cancer patients self-efficacy scale, European quality of Life Cooperative Group Cancer Core scale (EORTC QLQ-C30), Social support questionnaire and General Hospital anxiety and Depression scale.
