【摘要】：目的了解婦科護(hù)理人員手衛(wèi)生狀況,提高手衛(wèi)生依從性。方法通過現(xiàn)場查看和實(shí)際考察方法,對(duì)某婦產(chǎn)醫(yī)院婦科護(hù)理人員手衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析。結(jié)果共觀察該醫(yī)院婦科在崗護(hù)理人員48名,依照規(guī)范的手衛(wèi)生指征,手衛(wèi)生依從性率為53.0%。影響婦科護(hù)理人員手衛(wèi)生依從性的因素包括工作繁忙,認(rèn)為手上無明顯污染物、怕麻煩等。經(jīng)過手衛(wèi)生培訓(xùn)和加強(qiáng)管理1周后,該醫(yī)院婦科護(hù)理人員手衛(wèi)生依從率提高到85.7%,但3個(gè)月后手衛(wèi)生的依從率又降低到58.8%。結(jié)論醫(yī)院護(hù)理人員的手衛(wèi)生依從性經(jīng)過加強(qiáng)管理可以得到提高,但管理松懈后隨之降低,提示必須加強(qiáng)管理,以制度鞏固效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the hand hygiene status of gynecological nurses and improve the compliance of hand hygiene. Methods the present situation of hand hygiene of gynecological nursing staff in a gynecological hospital was investigated and analyzed by means of on-site inspection and practical investigation. Results A total of 48 gynecological nursing staff were observed. According to the standard manual hygiene indication, the compliance rate of hand hygiene was 53.0%. The factors that affect the compliance of gynecological nurses include busy work, no obvious pollutants on the hands, fear of trouble and so on. After one week of hand hygiene training and strengthening management, the compliance rate of gynecological nurses increased to 85.7%, but the compliance rate of hand hygiene decreased to 58.8% after 3 months. Conclusion the compliance of hand hygiene of nursing staff in hospital can be improved by strengthening management, but it decreases after lax management, which suggests that management must be strengthened in order to consolidate the effect of the system.
