【摘要】：目的:(1)運(yùn)用新疆護(hù)理質(zhì)量控制中心頒布的護(hù)理敏感性質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系,了解新疆某三甲醫(yī)院2016年護(hù)理質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀;(2)將各敏感指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)與全國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較;(3)探索護(hù)理質(zhì)量結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)、過程指標(biāo)與護(hù)理質(zhì)量結(jié)果指標(biāo)的相關(guān)關(guān)系,為改善醫(yī)院護(hù)理質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法:本研究采用橫斷面調(diào)查,運(yùn)用敏感指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)采集表調(diào)查2016年1月到2016年12月新疆某三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院有住院床位科室的敏感指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),包括結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)護(hù)患比、過程指標(biāo)護(hù)士工作滿意度、結(jié)果指標(biāo)靜脈給藥錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生率、住院患者跌倒/墜床發(fā)生率、住院患者跌倒/墜床傷害率、高危患者壓瘡發(fā)生率、院內(nèi)壓瘡發(fā)生率、非計(jì)劃拔管發(fā)生率、住院患者體驗(yàn)與滿意度,并采用線性回歸分析護(hù)理質(zhì)量結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)、過程指標(biāo)與結(jié)果指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:(1)各指標(biāo)基本情況如下:護(hù)患比為1:11.11;護(hù)士工作滿意度得分為90.507±6.058;靜脈給藥錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生率(‰)為0.026±0.010;住院患者跌倒/墜床發(fā)生率(‰)為0.101±0.024;住院患者跌倒/墜床傷害率(%)為38.675±7.964;高�；颊邏函彴l(fā)生率(‰)為4.247±1.496;院內(nèi)壓瘡發(fā)生率(‰)為0.684±0.214;非計(jì)劃拔管發(fā)生率(‰)為1.580±0.522;住院患者體驗(yàn)與滿意度得分97.704±5.385。(2)與國(guó)家護(hù)理質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)相比,醫(yī)院的護(hù)患比低于全國(guó)醫(yī)院平均水平;住院患者跌倒/墜床發(fā)生率、住院患者跌倒/墜床傷害率院內(nèi)壓瘡發(fā)生率均高于全國(guó)醫(yī)院平均水平。(3)結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)護(hù)患比與過程指標(biāo)護(hù)士工作滿意度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05),與結(jié)果指標(biāo)靜脈給藥錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生率、住院患者跌倒/墜床發(fā)生率、住院患者跌倒/墜床傷害率呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05),與高�；颊邏函彴l(fā)生率、院內(nèi)壓瘡發(fā)生率、非計(jì)劃性拔管發(fā)生率、住院患者體驗(yàn)與滿意度無相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05)。(4)過程指標(biāo)護(hù)士工作滿意度與結(jié)果指標(biāo)住院患者體驗(yàn)與滿意度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05),與靜脈給藥錯(cuò)誤發(fā)生率、住院患者跌倒/墜床發(fā)生率、住院患者跌倒/墜床傷害率、高�；颊邏函彴l(fā)生率、院內(nèi)壓瘡發(fā)生率、非計(jì)劃拔管發(fā)生率之間無明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:(1)護(hù)理敏感性質(zhì)量指標(biāo)能較好的反映護(hù)理質(zhì)量,值得推廣應(yīng)用。(2)結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)護(hù)患比對(duì)護(hù)理質(zhì)量結(jié)果有一定的影響,目前醫(yī)院的護(hù)士人力配備不足,護(hù)理管理人員應(yīng)該增加護(hù)理人員數(shù)量,合理配置各科室護(hù)理人力來提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量。(3)過程指標(biāo)護(hù)士工作滿意度可以影響住院患者體驗(yàn)與滿意度,護(hù)士工作滿意度越高,住院患者滿意度越高。
[Abstract]:Objective: (1) to understand the present situation of nursing quality in a third grade A hospital in Xinjiang in 2016 by using the nursing sensitivity quality index system promulgated by Xinjiang Nursing quality Control Center, (2) to compare the data of each sensitive index with the national data.
