910例成人發(fā)熱呼吸道癥候群住院患者病原譜研究

【摘要】:目的探討成人發(fā)熱呼吸道癥候群住院患者病原譜分布情況,為呼吸道感染性疾病的防控提供參考。方法采集2014年3月~2016年2月成都市某醫(yī)院成人發(fā)熱呼吸道癥候群住院患者的咽拭子或痰液標(biāo)本,采用RT-PCR和PCR法檢測(cè)標(biāo)本中常見(jiàn)的八種呼吸道病毒;用培養(yǎng)法,生化鑒定和微生物全自動(dòng)鑒定系統(tǒng),分離鑒定呼吸道感染的細(xì)菌和真菌;分析主要病原體和年齡與季節(jié)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果共采集910份標(biāo)本,病原體檢出率為47.58%(433/910);病毒檢出率為26.92%(245/910),檢出最高的是鼻病毒(9.78%),其冬季感染率高于春,夏,秋季;細(xì)菌檢出率為13.41%(122/910),肺炎克雷伯菌(6.26%)檢出率最高,檢出無(wú)季節(jié)性和年齡差異;真菌檢出率為14.51%(132/910),白色念珠菌(11.32%)檢出率最高,60歲以上人群感染率高于其他人群(=16.268,P0.001)。結(jié)論發(fā)熱呼吸道癥候群住院患者病原體感染率較高,以白色念珠菌,鼻病毒,肺炎克雷伯菌為主,今后應(yīng)加強(qiáng)病原學(xué)的監(jiān)測(cè),注重病原體在不同人群感染分布和季節(jié)性防治。
