CT增強檢查留置針拔除后兩種按壓方法效果的比較

【摘要】:目的:比較CT增強掃描檢查留置針拔除后手指按壓法和棉球膠布加壓按壓法的效果。方法:選取2016年12月于我院行CT增強檢查中意識清楚、能正確表達、愿意配合、無凝血功能障礙、一次穿刺成功且檢查中無對比劑滲漏的1 465例患者,將其隨機分為實驗組(n=752)和對照組(n=713)。留置針拔除后,實驗組采用棉球膠布加壓按壓法,而對照組采用傳統(tǒng)的手指按壓法。采用卡方檢驗比較2種按壓法在患者滿意度、疼痛等級及出血相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的差異。結(jié)果:2組患者年齡、溝通能力、配合程度、凝血功能、血管穿刺難易程度等方面無明顯差異。統(tǒng)計分析發(fā)現(xiàn),與手指按壓法相比,棉球膠布加壓按壓法可以提升患者滿意度(97.03%vs.90.87,P=0.000),有效降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,中度及以上疼痛發(fā)生率(8.37%vs.18.65%,χ~2=33.348,P=0.000),針眼出血發(fā)生率(0.93%vs.2.67%,χ~2=6.312,P=0.012),血腫發(fā)生率(0.53%vs.1.96%,χ~2=6.181,P=0.013),皮下瘀斑發(fā)生率(0.80%vs.2.52%,χ~2=6.772,P=0.009)。結(jié)論:CT增強檢查留置針拔除后采用棉球膠布加壓按壓法比手指按壓法安全有效、預(yù)防按壓并發(fā)癥,而且簡單易行,可以提高患者滿意度,值得在臨床應(yīng)用中推廣。
