高靈敏性表面增強(qiáng)拉曼散射傳感器的構(gòu)建及其用于人體尿液中痕量甲醛的快速檢測(cè)

【摘要】:目的:構(gòu)建響應(yīng)快速、靈敏度高的表面增強(qiáng)拉曼散射(surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)傳感器,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)人體尿液中痕量甲醛的快速檢測(cè)。方法:以對(duì)-氨基苯硫酚(p-ATP)為探針?lè)肿?通過(guò)表面自組裝技術(shù)在銀納米粒子表面修飾具有SERS信號(hào)響應(yīng)的單分子層,滴加甲醛后,甲醛通過(guò)醛基與p-ATP發(fā)生特異性縮合反應(yīng),p-ATP原有拉曼信號(hào)強(qiáng)度猝滅,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)甲醛的間接檢測(cè)。結(jié)果:甲醛在1.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-7) mol/L范圍內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)良好的線(xiàn)性,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.991 7,檢測(cè)限為6.5×10~(-9) mol/L,回收率為97.5%~106.0%。結(jié)論:本方法可用于人體尿液中痕量甲醛的檢測(cè),具有耗時(shí)少、簡(jiǎn)便和靈敏度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to construct a surface enhanced Raman scattering (surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS) sensor with fast response and high sensitivity for the rapid determination of trace formaldehyde in human urine. Methods: the monolayer with SERS signal response was modified on the surface of silver nanoparticles by surface self-assembly technique with p-aminophenylthiophenol (p-ATP) as probe molecule. Formaldehyde reacted specifically with p-ATP through aldehyde group condensation reaction, and the original Raman signal intensity of p-ATP was quenched, and then the indirect detection of formaldehyde was realized. Results: formaldehyde showed a good linearity in the range of 1.0 脳 10 ~ (- 8) ~ 1.0 脳 10 ~ (- 7) mol/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.991, and the detection limit was 6.5 脳 10 ~ (- 9) mol/L,.
