【摘要】：目的:探討APP在影響慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)患者預(yù)后中的作用。方法:選取2016-02-2017-02期間符合納入標準的患者144例,隨機分為干預(yù)組71例,對照組73例。對照組在出院后采用電話隨訪模式,干預(yù)組在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用APP信息化平臺進行醫(yī)療健康管理。比較干預(yù)后6個月2組患者疾病預(yù)后的差異。結(jié)果:干預(yù)后6個月,患者術(shù)腔Lund-Kennedy評分明顯低于對照組,且鼻塞、黏性或黏膿性鼻涕及頭面部脹痛VAS評分也明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:采用APP醫(yī)療健康管理平臺,可有效提高患者鼻內(nèi)鏡術(shù)后相關(guān)知識掌握程度,提高出院后患者遵醫(yī)囑治療及復(fù)診率,促進患者術(shù)后康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of APP in the prognosis of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods: 144 patients who met the inclusion criteria during the period of 2016 / 02 were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 71) and control group (n = 73). The control group was followed up by telephone after discharge, and the intervention group was treated with APP information platform for medical and health management. The prognosis of the two groups was compared at 6 months after intervention. Results: 6 months after intervention, the Lund-Kennedy score of the patients was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the VAS scores of nasal congestion, mucinous or purulent runny nose and head and face distension and pain were also significantly lower than those of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: APP medical and health management platform can effectively improve the mastery of relevant knowledge after endoscopic sinus surgery, improve the treatment and rediagnosis rate of patients after discharge, and promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
