【摘要】：目的探討產(chǎn)科護(hù)士的心理健康狀況及ABC情緒管理訓(xùn)練法對產(chǎn)科護(hù)士焦慮、抑郁情緒的影響,以期為從事災(zāi)害救援工作的護(hù)理人員情緒管理提供參考。方法采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表將108名產(chǎn)科護(hù)士分為對照組和觀察組,應(yīng)用焦慮自評量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)與抑郁自評量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)調(diào)查兩組護(hù)士的心理健康狀況,對照組采用常規(guī)心理護(hù)理干預(yù),觀察組采用ABC情緒管理訓(xùn)練法,比較兩組護(hù)士焦慮與抑郁的緩解效果。結(jié)果(1)對照組和觀察組干預(yù)前評分均高于全國常模[SAS評分(37.23±12.58)分,SDS評分(41.88±l0.57)分],差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)觀察組干預(yù)后SAS和SDS評分均明顯低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)對照組和觀察組干預(yù)后SAS和SDS評分均明顯低于干預(yù)前,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論ABC情緒管理訓(xùn)練可有效緩解產(chǎn)科護(hù)士的焦慮與抑郁狀態(tài),以及不良心理健康狀況,值得在產(chǎn)科、災(zāi)害救援等身心壓力較大的護(hù)理崗位進(jìn)行推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the mental health status of obstetrical nurses and the effect of ABC emotional management training on anxiety and depression of obstetrical nurses in order to provide reference for the emotional management of nurses engaged in disaster rescue work. Methods 108 obstetrical nurses were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. Self-rating anxiety scale (Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS) and self-rating depression scale (Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS) were used to investigate the mental health status of nurses in two groups. The routine psychological nursing intervention was used in the control group and the ABC emotional management training method was used in the observation group to compare the relieving effects of anxiety and depression between the two groups. Results (1) the scores of the control group and the observation group before intervention were higher than that of the national norm [SAS score (37.23 鹵12.58), SDS score (41.88 鹵10.57)], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (2) after intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). (3) the scores of SAS and SDS after intervention in control group and observation group were significantly lower than those before intervention (P0.05). Conclusion ABC emotional management training can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression state of obstetrical nurses, as well as the bad mental health condition. It is worth popularizing in nursing posts with great physical and mental stress, such as obstetrics, disaster rescue and so on.
