【摘要】：[目的]構(gòu)建三級甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)士長核心能力評價指標(biāo)體系。[方法]通過文獻(xiàn)分析、理論研究,分析護(hù)士長崗位職責(zé)等,擬定三級甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)士長核心能力評價指標(biāo)體系,采用德爾菲法確定三級甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)士長核心能力評價指標(biāo)體系,并運(yùn)用層次分析法對指標(biāo)進(jìn)行權(quán)重設(shè)置。[結(jié)果]德爾菲法專家咨詢第1輪回收率為58.33%,有效率為100%,第2輪回收率為94.29%,有效率為100%。專家咨詢的權(quán)威系數(shù)為0.86,判斷系數(shù)為0.88,熟悉程度系數(shù)為0.83,最終確定三級甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)士長核心能力評價指標(biāo)體系,其中包含一級指標(biāo)5項(xiàng)、二級指標(biāo)18項(xiàng)、三級指標(biāo)67項(xiàng)。第1輪和第2輪所有指標(biāo)的協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)為0.210、0.262,協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]構(gòu)建了三級甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)士長核心能力評價指標(biāo)體系,專家意見集中,信效度良好,結(jié)果可靠。
[Abstract]:[objective] to construct the evaluation index system of head nurses' core competence in Grade 3A Hospital. [methods] the evaluation index system of the head nurse's core competence in Grade 3A Hospital was drawn up by means of literature analysis, theoretical research and job responsibility analysis, and the evaluation index system of the head nurse's core competence in Grade 3A Hospital was determined by Delphi method. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to set the weights of the indexes. [results] the recovery rate in the first round of Delphi expert consultation was 58.33%, the effective rate was 100%, the recovery rate in the second round was 94.29%, and the effective rate was 100%. The authoritative coefficient of expert consultation is 0.86, the judgment coefficient is 0.88, and the coefficient of familiarity is 0.83. Finally, the evaluation index system of the head nurses' core competence in Grade 3A Hospital is determined, which includes 5 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes. Level 3 indicators 67 items. The coordination coefficients of the first round and the second round were 0.210 and 0.262 respectively. There was significant difference in the coordination coefficient between the first round and the second round (P0.05). [conclusion] the evaluation index system of the head nurses' core competence in Grade 3A Hospital is constructed. The expert opinions are concentrated, the reliability and validity are good, and the results are reliable.
