改良心房內心電導聯技術在極低出生體質量兒PICC定位中的應用

【摘要】:采用歷史性對照方法比較改良心房內心電導聯技術與傳統(tǒng)心房內心電導聯技術在110例極低出生體質量兒經外周中心靜脈置管(PICC)定位中的置管成功率、敏感度、特異度。改良組心電圖波形穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)組,且改良組患兒皮膚損傷及疼痛的發(fā)生情況少于傳統(tǒng)組,故改良心房內心電導聯技術作為一種貼合緊密、舒適、穩(wěn)定的心電定位方法,尤其適用于新生兒PICC定位,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:The successful rate, sensitivity and specificity of modified atrial conduction technique and traditional atrial conduction technique in the localization of (PICC) through peripheral central vein in very low birth weight infants were compared by historical control method. The stability of ECG waveform in the modified group was better than that in the traditional group, and the incidence of skin injury and pain in the modified group was less than that in the traditional group. Therefore, the modified atrial electrical lead technique as a close, comfortable and stable ECG localization method, Especially suitable for the localization of neonatal PICC, it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
