【摘要】：目的對應(yīng)用生脈注射液治療高齡感染性休克患者的臨床效果進(jìn)行分析,并系統(tǒng)探討對ET-I、NO表達(dá)影響,為臨床合理用藥提供依據(jù)。方法選取2015年2月-2016年2月醫(yī)院收治的高齡感染性休克患者75例納入本研究,通過隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成探究組39例和對照組36例;對照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)專科治療,探究組則同時應(yīng)用生脈注射液,治療完成后,對兩組臨床效果及血生化試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果探究組的臨床總有效率為87.8%,對照組為60.2%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);在治療結(jié)束后進(jìn)行血生化檢測,探究組患者的血清C-反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、降鈣素原(PCT)、內(nèi)皮素1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)均比對照組低,但ET-1/NO要高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在高齡感染性休克患者治療中,應(yīng)用生脈注射液效果確切,可有效改善患者病情,降低CRP、PCT等指標(biāo),且可對ET-1、NO過度產(chǎn)生有抑制效用,臨床應(yīng)用價值重大。
[Abstract]:Aim to analyze the clinical effects of Shengmai injection on the expression of ET-I,NO in elderly patients with septic shock, and to provide evidence for rational use of drugs. Methods from February 2015 to February 2016, 75 elderly patients with septic shock were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups (n = 39) and control group (n = 36). The patients in the control group were treated with routine specialized therapy, and the patients in the exploratory group were treated with Shengmai injection at the same time. After the treatment, the clinical effects and the results of blood biochemical tests between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results the total clinical effective rate was 87.8% in the inquiry group and 60.2% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the serum C-reactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) were lower than those in the control group, but the level of ET-1/NO was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion in the treatment of elderly patients with septic shock, Shengmai injection has a definite effect, can effectively improve the patient's condition, reduce CRP,PCT and other indexes, and can inhibit the over-production of ET-1,NO, which is of great value in clinical application.
