【摘要】：目的了解乳腺癌術(shù)后化療患者心理韌性的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。方法采用一般資料調(diào)查表、心理韌性量表、家庭親密度和適應(yīng)性量表對(duì)197例乳腺癌術(shù)后化療患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果乳腺癌術(shù)后化療患者心理韌性得分為(56.37±11.46)分,處中等水平。多元回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:婚姻狀況、化療療程、實(shí)際親密度、實(shí)際適應(yīng)性、適應(yīng)性不滿意程度是乳腺癌術(shù)后化療患者心理韌性的主要影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論乳腺癌術(shù)后化療患者心理韌性有待提高,家庭親密度和適應(yīng)性狀況不理想,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注離異或喪偶、化療初期、家庭親密度和適應(yīng)性水平不理想的患者,采取針對(duì)性措施,提高患者心理韌性水平,促進(jìn)疾病康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status quo and influencing factors of psychological toughness of postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer. Methods 197 breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy were investigated with general data questionnaire, psychological resilience scale and family affinity and adaptability scale. Results the psychological toughness of patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy was (56.37 鹵11.46), at a moderate level. Multiple regression analysis showed that marital status, chemotherapy course, actual intimacy, practical adaptability and unsatisfied degree of adaptability were the main influencing factors of psychological toughness of postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer (P0.05). Conclusion the psychological toughness of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy needs to be improved, and the family intimacy and adaptability are not satisfactory. The emphasis is on divorce or widowhood. In the early stage of chemotherapy, the patients with poor family intimacy and adaptability should take targeted measures. Improve the level of mental toughness of patients, promote the rehabilitation of disease.
