【摘要】：目的分析血液篩查Cobas s201核酸檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)結(jié)果無效產(chǎn)生的原因。方法統(tǒng)計(jì)本室2014年10月-2015年12月核酸檢測(cè)結(jié)果無效的次數(shù)和類型,結(jié)合擴(kuò)增曲線圖、報(bào)警信息和檢測(cè)結(jié)果,探討檢測(cè)時(shí)間、檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)(A、B和C系統(tǒng))和試劑批號(hào)(批號(hào)1、批號(hào)2、批號(hào)3、批號(hào)4、批號(hào)5和批號(hào)6)與結(jié)果無效的發(fā)生的關(guān)系,以及各無效類型(內(nèi)標(biāo)擴(kuò)增無效、陰陽對(duì)照擴(kuò)增無效、擴(kuò)增曲線異常和帶標(biāo)記的錯(cuò)誤代碼)的分布構(gòu)成。結(jié)果本室核酸檢測(cè)總結(jié)果無效率為0.21%(47/22 284),內(nèi)標(biāo)擴(kuò)增無效類型所占比例最大(51.06%);各月份之間結(jié)果無效率有差異(P0.05);不同檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)(P0.05)和不同批號(hào)試劑間(P0.05)的結(jié)果無效率有差異,其中C檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)(1.59%)和批號(hào)2試劑(2.11%)結(jié)果無效率較高。結(jié)論核酸檢測(cè)結(jié)果無效發(fā)生與不同檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)和不同批號(hào)試劑有一定相關(guān)性,監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果無效率有助于持續(xù)監(jiān)控核酸試驗(yàn)性能。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes of ineffective detection results of Cobas S201 nucleic acid detection system in blood screening. Methods from October 2014 to December 2015, the number and type of invalid nucleic acid detection results in our department were counted. The detection time and detection system (A, C) were discussed with the amplification curve, alarm information and detection results. (B and C systems) and reagent lot numbers (batch number 1, batch number 2, batch number 3, batch number 4, batch number 5 and batch number 6) and the occurrence of invalid results, as well as the types of invalidity (internal standard amplification invalid, yin-yang control amplification invalid, Expansion curve exception and marked error code) distribution composition. Results the total inefficiency of nucleic acid detection was 0.21% (47 / 22,284), and the percentage of ineffective type of internal standard amplification was the largest (51.06%), and there was significant difference in inefficiency among the months (P0.05). The results of different detection systems (P0.05) and different batches of reagents (P0.05) were ineffective. The results of C test system (1.59%) and batch number 2 reagent (2.11%) were ineffective. Conclusion there is a certain correlation between the invalid results of nucleic acid detection and different detection systems and different batches of reagents. The inefficiency of monitoring results is helpful to continuously monitor the performance of nucleic acid tests.
