【摘要】：目的:觀察認(rèn)知行為療法(CBT)結(jié)合生物反饋訓(xùn)練,對(duì)行冠狀動(dòng)脈搭橋術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能障礙患者的康復(fù)護(hù)理效果。方法:納入80例擇期行冠脈搭橋術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能障礙的患者,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組(n=40)和對(duì)照組(n=40),對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)康復(fù)護(hù)理,試驗(yàn)組加用認(rèn)知行為療法結(jié)合生物反饋訓(xùn)練,比較兩組干預(yù)前后的蒙特利爾認(rèn)知功能評(píng)估量表(MoCA)評(píng)分情況。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組在命名、注意力、抽象思維、延遲回憶單項(xiàng)評(píng)分及總標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分較干預(yù)前評(píng)分提高(P0.05);對(duì)照組的總標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分較干預(yù)前提高(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組在注意力、語言、延遲回憶單項(xiàng)評(píng)分及總標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分較對(duì)照組評(píng)分提高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:CBT結(jié)合生物反饋訓(xùn)練可改善冠脈搭橋術(shù)后患者的認(rèn)知功能,提高康復(fù)效果。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) combined with biofeedback training on rehabilitation of patients with cognitive dysfunction after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Methods: 80 patients with cognitive dysfunction after coronary artery bypass grafting were randomly divided into test group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). Routine rehabilitation nursing was performed in the control group, cognitive behavior therapy combined with biofeedback training was used in the test group. The (MoCA) scores of Montreal Cognitive function Assessment scale before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: in the experimental group, naming, attention, abstract thinking, delayed recall score and general standard score were higher than those before intervention (P0.05), and the general standard score in the control group was higher than that before intervention (P0.05), and that in the control group was significantly higher than that before intervention (P0.05). The scores of attention, language, delayed recall and general criteria in the test group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: CBT combined with biofeedback training can improve the cognitive function of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting and improve the rehabilitation effect.
