【摘要】：研究采用Rodgers演化概念分析法界定心力衰竭(心衰)患者安寧療護(hù)的概念,以提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)心衰患者安寧療護(hù)的了解和重視,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)實(shí)踐發(fā)展。研究系統(tǒng)檢索中英文常用醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)納入31篇文獻(xiàn),從概念的演化史、屬性、前因、后果、同義詞與近義詞5個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析。心衰患者安寧療護(hù)的4個(gè)屬性為:以提高生命質(zhì)量為目標(biāo)的癥狀控制;以家庭為中心的整體性照護(hù);多學(xué)科合作的系統(tǒng)性照護(hù);強(qiáng)調(diào)溝通咨詢(xún)的個(gè)性化照護(hù)。
[Abstract]:In this study, the concept of hospice care in patients with heart failure was defined by Rodgers evolutionary concept analysis, in order to improve the understanding and attention of medical staff on hospice care in patients with heart failure, and to promote the development of practice. A systematic retrieval of Chinese and English medical data was carried out and 31 articles were included according to the relevant standards. The data were analyzed from five aspects: the evolution history, attributes, antecedents, consequences, synonyms and synonyms in terms of concept evolution history, attributes, causes, consequences, synonyms and synonyms. The four attributes of hospice care for patients with heart failure are as follows: symptom control aimed at improving the quality of life; family-centered holistic care; systematic care with multi-disciplinary cooperation; and personalized care with emphasis on communication and consultation.
