【摘要】：正近年來,惡性腫瘤發(fā)病率逐年增高,雖然腫瘤治療技術進展迅速,但腫瘤患者死亡率仍然較高。最新數(shù)據(jù)[1]顯示,我國在2013年因惡性腫瘤死亡人數(shù)達222.9萬,這一龐大疾病人群終末期的生活質(zhì)量值得關注�，F(xiàn)有調(diào)查研究[2]顯示,癌癥終末期患者的痛苦癥狀未得到有效控制,雖然病情不能逆轉(zhuǎn),但呼吸機、人工喂養(yǎng)等生命支持措施還在使用,這無疑延長了患者痛苦的死亡過程,導致患者不能舒適、尊嚴地離世。隨著近30余年姑息治療在我國的推廣,終末期
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of malignant tumors has increased year by year. Although tumor treatment technology has made rapid progress, the mortality rate of cancer patients is still high. According to the latest data, the number of deaths from malignant tumors in China reached 2.229 million in 2013, and the quality of life of this huge population is worthy of attention.
