【摘要】：目的分析腎移植術(shù)后長(zhǎng)期存活患者生活質(zhì)量及影響因素,為制定相應(yīng)的倫理對(duì)策提供依據(jù)。方法采用一般資料問(wèn)卷、腎移植患者生活質(zhì)量相關(guān)評(píng)定量表對(duì)139例移植時(shí)間大于三年的腎移植患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果腎移植患者生活質(zhì)量總分為(136.87±18.41)分,得分最高的維度是心理功能,得分最低的維度是生理功能�；颊呱砉δ苡绊懸蛩厥锹殬I(yè)、年齡、排斥反應(yīng)、性別;心理功能影響因素是移植次數(shù)、排斥反應(yīng)、婚姻;社會(huì)功能影響因素是排斥反應(yīng)、年齡、移植次數(shù);治療影響因素是職業(yè)、移植次數(shù)、年齡(P0.05)。結(jié)論腎移植長(zhǎng)期存活患者生活質(zhì)量處于中上水平,有待進(jìn)一步提高。針對(duì)存在的倫理問(wèn)題,采取相應(yīng)的措施來(lái)提高其生活質(zhì)量,從而保證移植人(腎)的長(zhǎng)期存活率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the quality of life (QOL) and influencing factors of long-term survival patients after renal transplantation, and to provide evidence for ethical countermeasures. Methods 139 renal transplantation patients with more than three years were investigated by general data questionnaire and quality of life scale. Results the total score of quality of life in renal transplantation patients was (136.87 鹵18.41), the highest score was psychological function, and the lowest score was physiological function. The influencing factors of patients' physiological function are occupation, age, rejection, sex, psychological function is the times of transplantation, rejection, marriage, social function is rejection, age, times of transplantation. The influencing factors of treatment were occupation, times of transplantation and age (P0.05). Conclusion the quality of life of long-term renal transplantation patients is at the middle and upper level, which needs to be further improved. In view of the existing ethical problems, measures are taken to improve the quality of life so as to ensure the long-term survival rate of recipients.
