【摘要】：目的通過回顧性分析該院63例輸血不良反應(yīng)患者情況,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)人員對輸血不良反應(yīng)的認(rèn)識,進(jìn)一步提高輸血安全與療效。方法選取2012~2014年3年該院發(fā)生輸血不良反應(yīng)的患者,分析其臨床分布以及影響因素。結(jié)果近3年全院累計(jì)輸血10 718例,共發(fā)生輸血不良反應(yīng)63例,發(fā)生率呈逐年上升趨勢;其中發(fā)熱反應(yīng)22例,過敏反應(yīng)36例,其他不良反應(yīng)5例;血漿、紅細(xì)胞及血小板等血液成分均可導(dǎo)致輸血不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生,其中以單采血小板的發(fā)生率最高;輸血史和(或)過敏史是導(dǎo)致輸血不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生的重要的影響因素,性別和年齡與輸血反應(yīng)的發(fā)生無差異。結(jié)論輸血不良反應(yīng)是血液安全預(yù)警監(jiān)控的重要內(nèi)容之一,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)人員對其的深入了解和認(rèn)識,避免對輸血不良反應(yīng)的誤判及漏報(bào),嚴(yán)格控制輸血指征,是安全有效輸血的重要措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze retrospectively the situation of 63 patients with adverse reaction of blood transfusion, strengthen the understanding of adverse reaction of transfusion among medical staff, and further improve the safety and curative effect of blood transfusion. Methods the clinical distribution and influencing factors were analyzed among the patients with adverse reaction of blood transfusion in our hospital from 2012 to 2014. Results there were 10 718 cases of blood transfusion in the past three years, 63 cases of adverse reactions of blood transfusion, the incidence of which was increasing year by year, including 22 cases of fever, 36 cases of allergic reactions and 5 cases of other adverse reactions. Blood components such as plasma, red blood cells and platelets can lead to adverse reactions of blood transfusion, among which the incidence of single platelet collection is the highest. The history of blood transfusion and / or allergic reaction were the important factors leading to the adverse reaction of blood transfusion. There was no difference between sex and age and the occurrence of blood transfusion reaction. Conclusion Blood transfusion adverse reaction is one of the important contents of early warning and monitoring of blood safety. It is necessary to strengthen the medical staff's understanding of it, avoid misjudgment and misreport of transfusion adverse reaction, and strictly control the indication of blood transfusion. It is an important measure for safe and effective blood transfusion.
