【摘要】：目的探討心理護理干預(yù)對普外科手術(shù)患者術(shù)前焦慮的影響。方法將淅川縣人民醫(yī)院2014年4月至2015年2月收治的224例普外科手術(shù)患者,按治療順序分為對照組和觀察組,各112例。對照組給予常規(guī)護理,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上實施心理護理干預(yù)。比較兩組抑郁、焦慮評分以及護理滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組SDS和SAS評分明顯低于對照組,護理滿意度明顯高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對普外科手術(shù)患者實施心理護理干預(yù),可減輕患者焦慮情緒,提高護理滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety of patients undergoing general surgery. Methods 224 patients with general surgery admitted in Xichuan County people's Hospital from April 2014 to February 2015 were divided into control group (n = 112) and observation group (n = 112). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Depression, anxiety scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing general surgery can relieve anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction.
