納米標記物新型免疫檢測技術研究進展

【摘要】:納米標記物新型免疫檢測技術是近年來廣泛應用于各個領域且發(fā)展迅速的一種簡便、精準的現(xiàn)場檢測技術,逐步推動著分子生物學的發(fā)展及人畜疾病的防控,成為了生物分析領域的重要內容,與之密切相關的納米材料標記物在檢測技術中起著主導作用。由于各種新型的納米材料標記物的不斷研發(fā)與優(yōu)化分析,使得與之相關的檢測技術廣泛運用于食品質量檢測、檢驗檢疫、疾病防控等方面。隨著生物分析領域的拓展,更多的標記物如納米磁珠、鑭系元素、上轉換發(fā)光顆粒、納米乳球、量子點等已被制備并應用于更多疾病診斷技術中。論文以結合近年來成功研究為基礎歸納新型納米材料標記物的特性方面的研究進展,剖析其多元性,以期為相關研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the new immunoassay technology of nano-marker has been widely used in various fields and developed rapidly, which is a simple and accurate field detection technology, which promotes the development of molecular biology and the prevention and control of human and animal diseases. It has become an important content in the field of biological analysis, and the closely related nano-material markers play a leading role in the detection technology. Due to the continuous development and optimization analysis of various new nano-material markers, the related detection techniques are widely used in food quality detection, inspection and quarantine, disease prevention and control and so on. With the development of biological analysis, more and more markers, such as nanomagnetic beads, lanthanide, up-conversion luminescent particles, nanomaterials and quantum dots, have been prepared and applied in more and more disease diagnosis techniques. Based on the successful research in recent years, this paper summarizes the research progress of the characteristics of the new nano-materials, and analyzes its diversity, in order to provide reference for the related research.
