HIFU焦域的溫度分布模擬及其療效分析

【摘要】:高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲(HIFU)是一種非侵入性、對(duì)正常組織無(wú)損傷且不易引起癌細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)移的腫瘤治療手段,對(duì)其治療過(guò)程中的療效以及腫瘤周圍正常組織破壞情況的監(jiān)測(cè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)HIFU治療劑量精準(zhǔn)控制的關(guān)鍵.本文首先從HIFU局部組織加熱出發(fā),建立了HIFU治療系統(tǒng)模型,利用有限元數(shù)值模擬了HIFU焦域的聲場(chǎng)以及溫度場(chǎng)分布,并研究了換能器參數(shù)、超聲功率、治療時(shí)間對(duì)焦域溫度分布的影響.結(jié)果表明,隨著治療時(shí)間的增長(zhǎng),焦點(diǎn)溫度上升,逐漸形成橢球狀的焦域;在達(dá)到治療療效時(shí),即焦域徑向±0.4 mm橢球范圍內(nèi)的組織溫度達(dá)到了343 K(70℃)時(shí),隨著換能器結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)(半徑/焦距)的減小,所需要的治療時(shí)間增長(zhǎng),所形成的焦域不斷擴(kuò)大,其軸向?qū)挾扰c徑向?qū)挾缺戎翟龃?焦域變得細(xì)長(zhǎng),焦點(diǎn)處的溫度逐漸降低.本研究對(duì)已知結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)的聚焦換能器的焦域溫度場(chǎng)仿真,可以為HIFU治療中的溫度估計(jì)和監(jiān)控提供新方法,也可為療效評(píng)估和劑量控制提供新技術(shù).
[Abstract]:High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is a non-invasive, non-invasive and non-invasive method for cancer cell metastasis. The monitoring of the therapeutic effect and the damage of normal tissue around the tumor is the key to the accurate control of the dose of HIFU.
