【摘要】：目的探討圍絕經(jīng)期護(hù)士自測健康狀況與工作滿意度的關(guān)系,為促進(jìn)圍絕經(jīng)期護(hù)士身心健康提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段抽樣法抽取河南省2個市的二、三級醫(yī)院各4所,共624名年齡在40~55歲的護(hù)士,使用護(hù)士自測健康狀況和工作滿意度問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果圍絕經(jīng)期護(hù)士自測健康總均分(2.82±0.55)分,生理(2.89±0.59)分,心理(2.65±0.61)分,處于較低水平,工作滿意度總均分(3.20±0.71)分處于中等水平,工作滿意度和各維度得分與自測健康及各維度得分均呈正相關(guān),總體相關(guān)系數(shù)0.485,各維度相關(guān)系數(shù)0.340~0.519,其中自測心理與薪酬與福利相關(guān)系數(shù)最高(r=0.519)。結(jié)論工作滿意度越高,自測健康水平越高,圍絕經(jīng)期護(hù)士存在明顯的生理與心理健康問題,應(yīng)采取有效措施提高其健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between self-measured health status and job satisfaction of perimenopausal nurses, and to provide evidence for promoting physical and mental health of postmenopausal nurses. Methods A total of 624 nurses aged 40 to 55 years were selected from 2 and 3 hospitals in 2 cities of Henan Province by multi-stage sampling. The questionnaire was used to measure the health status and job satisfaction of nurses. Results the mean scores of self-measured health, physiology, psychology and job satisfaction were (2.82 鹵0.55), (2.89 鹵0.59), (2.65 鹵0.61) and (3.20 鹵0.71), respectively. Job satisfaction and the scores of each dimension were positively correlated with the self-rated health and the scores of each dimension, the overall correlation coefficient was 0.485, the correlation coefficient of each dimension was 0.340,0.519, and the correlation coefficient between self-test psychology and salary and welfare was the highest (r = 0.519). Conclusion the higher the degree of job satisfaction, the higher the level of self-rated health. The nurses in peri-menopausal period have obvious physical and mental health problems, and effective measures should be taken to improve their health level.
