【摘要】：目的掌握深圳市孕婦定植B族鏈球菌(GBS)攜帶情況,并分析菌株的分子型別特征。方法對(duì)1 277名研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行陰道拭子采樣,對(duì)分離到的GBS菌株進(jìn)行血清分型和MLST分型檢測(cè),采用對(duì)應(yīng)分析探究分子型別間關(guān)聯(lián)性。結(jié)果孕婦GBS攜帶率為4.5%。ST19/Ⅲ(24.6%)和ST17/Ⅲ(17.5%)是本研究主要流行的GBS菌株;對(duì)應(yīng)分析結(jié)果提示菌株血清分型和MLST分型之間存在關(guān)聯(lián)(X~2=81.43,P0.001),其中ST17、ST19、ST27、ST651、ST862和Ⅲ型相關(guān);ST12和Ⅴ型相關(guān);ST10和Ⅰb型相關(guān);ST103、ST485、ST624和Ⅰa型相關(guān)。結(jié)論孕婦GBS主要流行ST19/Ⅲ和ST17/Ⅲ,菌株分子型別存在關(guān)聯(lián)性。
