【摘要】：目的:探討兩種不同的營養(yǎng)支持治療對(duì)老年重癥肺炎病人臨床治療療效的影響。方法:將我院收治的老年重癥肺炎病人84例隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組各42例。一組腸內(nèi)營養(yǎng)(EN)組病人給予EN以鼻飼營養(yǎng)液治療;另一組采用EN+腸外營養(yǎng)(PN)治療為EN+PN組。治療第4周,比較兩組病人的營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)改善情況、肺炎治愈率以及治療期間并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:EN+PN組病人治療后血紅蛋白和清蛋白明顯高于EN組,兩組比較差異有顯著性統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組病人治愈率分別為92.86%和95.24%,無顯著性差異(P0.05)。EN組病人的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯高于EN+PN組(16.67%vs 7.14%),差異有顯著性統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:采用EN+PN治療的方法更加容易改善老年重癥肺炎病人的營養(yǎng)指標(biāo),且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of two kinds of nutritional support therapy on elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods: 84 elderly patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. One group of patients with enteral nutrition (EN) was given EN by nasal feeding and the other group was treated with EN parenteral nutrition (PN) as EN PN group. At the 4th week of treatment, the improvement of nutritional index, the cure rate of pneumonia and the incidence of complications during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the levels of hemoglobin and albumin in: EN PN group were significantly higher than those in EN group (P0.05). The cure rates of the two groups were 92.86% and 95.24%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in). EN group was significantly higher than that in EN PN group (16.67%vs 7.14%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: it is easier to improve the nutritional index of elderly patients with severe pneumonia by EN PN, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
