【摘要】：目的調(diào)查鼻咽癌放療患者心理彈性現(xiàn)狀,并探討其影響因素。方法采用問卷調(diào)查法,應(yīng)用心理彈性量表、自我效能感量表、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表、醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)對(duì)量表以及自設(shè)的一般資料調(diào)查問卷對(duì)某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院頭頸放療科住院的120名鼻咽癌放療患者實(shí)施調(diào)查。結(jié)果鼻咽癌放療患者的心理彈性總分為(60.08±10.48)分,低于中國(guó)社區(qū)人群平均水平(t=-4.61,P0.001);鼻咽癌放療患者年齡、教育程度、醫(yī)保類型、家庭月收入、社會(huì)支持利用度、面對(duì)應(yīng)對(duì)、屈服應(yīng)對(duì)7個(gè)因子進(jìn)入心理彈性的多元回歸方程,共解釋了總變異的59.3%。結(jié)論鼻咽癌放療患者的心理彈性較差,年齡、教育程度、醫(yī)保類型、家庭月收入、社會(huì)支持利用度、面對(duì)應(yīng)對(duì)及屈服應(yīng)對(duì)是影響心理彈性的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of psychoelasticity in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted, including the Psychological elasticity scale, the Self-efficacy scale, and the Social support rating scale. Medical coping scale and self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate 120 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in head and neck radiotherapy Department of Grade 3A Hospital. Results the total score of psychoelasticity of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was (60.08 鹵10.48), which was lower than the average level of Chinese community (t = -4.61, P 0.001). The multivariate regression equation of age, education level, type of medical insurance, monthly income of family, utilization of social support, seven factors of coping and yielding coping into the psychoelasticity of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, explained the total variation of 59.3%. Conclusion the poor psychological elasticity, age, education level, type of medical insurance, monthly income of family, utilization of social support, face coping and yielding coping are the important factors that influence the resilience of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
