回授式健康教育對(duì)恢復(fù)期腦卒中患者自我管理的影響

【摘要】:目的探討回授式健康教育對(duì)恢復(fù)期腦卒中患者自我管理及康復(fù)狀況的影響。方法將2015年5月—2016年5月經(jīng)治療處于恢復(fù)期的腦卒中患者120例隨機(jī)分為2組,每組60例,觀察組接受回授式健康教育,對(duì)照組接受常規(guī)健康教育,比較2組患者自我管理能力的變化情況。結(jié)果干預(yù)前,2組患者的健康知識(shí)知曉率、自我管理量表評(píng)分比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);干預(yù)后,觀察組患者對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)(71.93%vs 50.88%)、服藥(68.42%vs 49.12%)、卒中先兆(66.67%vs 38.60%)、卒中處理(70.18%vs 36.84%)等知識(shí)的知曉率高于干預(yù)前及同期對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組癥狀管理[(8.22±1.32)分vs(7.21±1.13)分]、疾病共性管理[(7.56±1.21)分vs(3.88±1.03)分]、認(rèn)知癥狀管理[(3.29±0.96)分vs(2.48±1.16)分]、體育鍛煉行為[(50.34±8.96)分vs(12.47±3.79)分]、健康自評(píng)[(1.23±0.54)分vs(4.37±0.92)分]、健康擔(dān)憂評(píng)分[(2.02±1.11)分vs(4.12±1.14)分]與對(duì)照組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);干預(yù)后6個(gè)月內(nèi),觀察組好轉(zhuǎn)率(70.18%)高于對(duì)照組(50.88%)。結(jié)論回授式健康教育有助于提高患者對(duì)腦卒中健康知識(shí)的認(rèn)知,促進(jìn)自我管理完成,這對(duì)促進(jìn)患者康復(fù)有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of health education on self-management and rehabilitation of stroke patients in convalescent period. Methods from May 2015 to May 2016, 120 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in each group. The observation group received health education in return mode, while the control group received routine health education. The changes of self-management ability in two groups were compared. Results before intervention, there was no significant difference in the awareness rate of health knowledge and the score of self-management scale between the two groups (P0.05). After intervention, patients in the observation group were treated with exercise (71.93%vs 50.88%), medication (68.42%vs 49.12%) and stroke precursor (66.67%vs 38.60%). The awareness rate of stroke treatment (70.18%vs 36.84%) was higher than that of the control group before intervention (P0.05). Symptom management [(8.22 鹵1.32) score, vs (7.21 鹵1.13)], disease commonality management [(7.56 鹵1.21) score, vs (3.88 鹵1.03) score]. The scores of cognitive symptom management [(3.29 鹵0.96) vs (2.48 鹵1.16)], physical exercise behavior (50.34 鹵8.96) vs (12.47 鹵3.79), health self-assessment [(1.23 鹵0.54) vs (4.37 鹵0.92)]; The scores of health anxiety [(2.02 鹵1.11), vs (4.12 鹵1.14)] were significantly different from those of the control group (P0.05). Within 6 months after intervention, the improvement rate in the observation group (70.18%) was higher than that in the control group (50.88%). Conclusion feedback health education is helpful to improve patients' knowledge of stroke health and promote self-management, which is of great significance to the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
