【摘要】：目的探討延續(xù)護理對癌痛患者居家自我管理的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取我科收治的服用阿片類藥物的癌痛患者212例,按入院時間順序分組,2015年7—9月納入106例患者為對照組,2015年10—12月納入106例患者為觀察組。對照組給予常規(guī)出院指導(dǎo),觀察組在常規(guī)出院指導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)上給予延續(xù)護理。評估2組癌痛患者居家自我管理能力和對護理服務(wù)滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組情緒管理、不良反應(yīng)管理、疼痛監(jiān)測、工作與休息管理、治療依從性、飲食管理得分及自我管理能力總分均高于對照組(P0.05);觀察組癌痛患者對護理服務(wù)滿意度高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論延續(xù)護理對癌痛患者居家服用阿片類藥物,可提高患者自我管理能力及對護理服務(wù)滿意度,值得臨床借鑒使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of continuous nursing on self-management of cancer pain patients at home. Methods 212 patients with cancer pain taking opioid drugs in our department were divided into three groups according to the time of admission. 106 patients were included as control group from July to September 2015 and 106 patients from October to December 2015 as observation group. The control group was given routine discharge guidance, and the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of routine discharge guidance. To evaluate the ability of home self-management and satisfaction with nursing care in two groups of cancer pain patients. Results the scores of mood management, adverse reaction management, pain monitoring, work and rest management, therapeutic compliance, diet management and self-management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Patients with cancer pain in observation group were more satisfied with nursing service than those in control group (P0.05). Conclusion continuous nursing care for cancer pain patients taking opioid drugs at home can improve patients' self-management ability and satisfaction with nursing care, which is worthy of clinical use.
