【摘要】：目的分析入院高血壓患者的自我管理能力及其影響因素。方法多階段抽取蘭州市5所三甲醫(yī)院入院高血壓患者604例,采用問卷調(diào)查分析自我管理能力及影響因素。結(jié)果 35.93%自我管理能力處于高水平,58.44%中等水平,5.63%低水平。多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,女性的自我管理能力顯著高于男性(P0.01);高年齡段患者自我管理能力顯著高于低年齡段(P0.05);軍人的自我管理能力高于其他人群(P0.05);服藥依從性佳的患者自我管理能力顯著高于服藥依從性差者(P0.01)。結(jié)論大部分入院高血壓患者的自我管理能力處于中等水平。以健康教育的方式向入院高血壓患者普及高血壓基本知識(shí)和高血壓急癥等并發(fā)癥的危害,以提高其自我管理能力和服藥依從性,提高高血壓患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the ability of self-management and its influencing factors in patients with hypertension. Methods 604 patients with hypertension were selected from 5 third Class A hospitals in Lanzhou. The self-management ability and influencing factors were analyzed by questionnaire. Results 35.93% of self-management ability was in high level, 58.44% of moderate level and 5.63% of low level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the self-management ability of female was significantly higher than that of male (P0.01), the self-management ability of high-age patients was significantly higher than that of low-age group (P0.05). The self-management ability of soldiers was higher than that of other people (P0.05); the self-management ability of patients with good drug compliance was significantly higher than that of poor compliance (P0.01). Conclusion the self-management ability of most patients with hypertension in hospital is at the medium level. In order to improve their self-management ability and drug compliance and improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension, health education was used to popularize the basic knowledge of hypertension and the harm of complications such as hypertension emergencies.
