【摘要】：園藝治療是一門集園藝學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科為一體的交叉性新興學(xué)科,是指在園藝治療師的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)專門的園藝活動(dòng),幫助殘疾人獲得情緒、認(rèn)知、身體及精神等方面的改善。園藝治療在我國(guó)的發(fā)展仍處于初始階段,它的主要適用對(duì)象為殘疾人和老年人,并大致可分為治愈型、社交型和職能型園藝治療三類。栽植、手工藝和戶外觀賞活動(dòng)是其主要活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,通常采用質(zhì)性評(píng)估與量化評(píng)估兩種評(píng)估方法。此外,園藝治療具有深厚的文化根基與理論依據(jù),主要有注意力恢復(fù)理論、壓力緩解理論、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論及親生命性理論。在經(jīng)濟(jì)"新常態(tài)"下,園藝治療在我國(guó)將迎來(lái)良好的發(fā)展契機(jī),具有較大的發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:Horticultural therapy is a new interdisciplinary discipline that integrates horticulture, medicine, psychology and so on. It means that under the guidance of horticultural therapists, special horticultural activities are designed to help the disabled acquire emotion and cognition. Physical and mental improvement Horticultural therapy is still in its initial stage of development in China. It is mainly suitable for the disabled and the elderly, and can be divided into three types: cure type, social type and functional type. Planting, handicraft and outdoor ornamental activities are the main contents of the activities, usually using qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation methods. In addition, horticultural therapy has profound cultural foundation and theoretical basis, including attention recovery theory, stress relief theory, ecosystem theory and pro-life theory. Under the economic "new normal", horticultural therapy will ushered in a good development opportunity in our country, and has a great development space.
