【摘要】：目的 探討糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者應(yīng)用中藥聯(lián)合全視網(wǎng)膜光凝治療的臨床護(hù)理措施。方法 選取糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者60例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成實驗組和對照組各30例,2組均應(yīng)用中醫(yī)聯(lián)合全視網(wǎng)膜光凝治療,在臨床治療的基礎(chǔ)上為對照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù),為實驗組行優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理干預(yù),對比2組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果 實驗組日常生活能力、調(diào)節(jié)能力、讀和精細(xì)動作等生活質(zhì)量評分均高于對照組,實驗組對護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意程度也顯著高于對照組,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 優(yōu)質(zhì)護(hù)理服務(wù)能夠提升糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者生活質(zhì)量,也利于維護(hù)良好的護(hù)患關(guān)系,值得臨床借鑒和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical nursing measures of diabetic retinopathy treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with total retinal photocoagulation. Methods Sixty patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with total retinal photocoagulation. Routine nursing intervention was performed in the control group on the basis of clinical treatment. Quality nursing intervention was carried out in the experimental group, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results the scores of daily living ability, adjustment ability, reading and fine movement in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the satisfaction degree of nursing service in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the high quality nursing service can improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy and help to maintain a good relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
