文章摘要：目的：評(píng)價(jià)丹紅注射液治療慢性肺源性心臟病臨床療效。方法：慢性肺心病患者80例隨機(jī)分為2組,對(duì)照組40例進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療,治療組40例在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用丹紅注射液。觀察2組患者治療前后癥狀體征、肺功能、超聲心動(dòng)圖、血?dú)夥治龊?分鐘步行距離的變化。結(jié)果：治療組在總體療效有效率、各臨床癥狀體征改善率方面均高于對(duì)照組,2組患者在治療后其血?dú)夥治�、肺功能、超聲心電圖和6分鐘步行距離方面均有改善,治療組改善更明顯,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0.05）。結(jié)論：丹紅注射液可緩解慢性肺源性心臟病的各種臨床癥狀,并有改善肺功能,降低肺動(dòng)脈壓,提高運(yùn)動(dòng)耐力。

Abstr：Objective： To evaluate the efficiency of Danhong injection in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease. Methods： A randomized,positive drug controlled clinical trial design was used. Eighty patients who were diagnosed clinically as pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. Forty patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy.Forty patients in treatment group were treated with Danhong injection combined with western medicine. The symptoms and signs,pulmonary functions,ultrasonic cardiogram,blood gas analysis as well as change in six-minute-walk distance of the patients before and after the treatment were observed. Results： The total effective rate in clinical syndrome in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. And other factors in two groups of patients were compared. The results showed that the Pa O2,Pa CO2,PASP,FEV1%,FEV1 /FVC and 6HWD of observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Danhong injection can relieve different symptoms of chronic pulmonary heart disease and effectively improve pulmonary function,decrease pulmonary artery pressure and increase exercise tolerance.
