【摘要】：本研究提出了一種基于脈搏波舒張期時間(diastolic time,DT)的無袖帶式血壓估計(jì)方法,能夠有效提升可穿戴式設(shè)備的血壓測量精度。該方案首先從脈搏波(photoplethysmography,PPG)中提取DT,再利用線性回歸方法建立個體化血壓估計(jì)模型。本研究對采集的30個樣本的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行血壓建模并加以驗(yàn)證,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示收縮壓的平均誤差為1.859 mmHg,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為5.640 mmHg;舒張壓的平均誤差為1.049mmHg,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為6.107 mmHg,證明了該方案的可行性。通過將該方案的估計(jì)結(jié)果與基于脈搏波傳導(dǎo)時間(pulse transit time,PTT)的血壓模型的估算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比研究,結(jié)果表明交感神經(jīng)活動較強(qiáng)時,基于DT的血壓模型能夠有效提升血壓估計(jì)精度。
[Abstract]:In this study, a sleeveless band blood pressure estimation method based on pulse wave diastolic time (diastolic time,DT) is proposed, which can effectively improve the blood pressure measurement accuracy of wearable devices. Firstly, the DT, is extracted from the pulse wave (photoplethysmography,PPG) and then the individual blood pressure estimation model is established by linear regression method. In this study, blood pressure modeling and verification were carried out on the experimental data collected from 30 samples. The experimental results show that the mean error of systolic pressure is 1.859 mmHg, standard deviation is 5.640 mmHg; DBP average error is 1.049 mm Hg.The standard deviation is 6.107 mmHg, to prove the feasibility of this scheme. By comparing the estimated results of this scheme with those of the blood pressure model based on pulse wave conduction time (pulse transit time,PTT), the results show that the blood pressure model based on DT can effectively improve the accuracy of blood pressure estimation when sympathetic nerve activity is strong.
