【摘要】：目的分析《中國(guó)輸血雜志》10年來(lái)紅細(xì)胞血型的參比文獻(xiàn),了解其現(xiàn)狀,以期對(duì)臨床血型工作提供方案。方法統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析本刊2006-2015年有關(guān)紅細(xì)胞血型參比的個(gè)例報(bào)告、個(gè)案型論著等文獻(xiàn),所選文獻(xiàn)的報(bào)告例數(shù)均≤3例。結(jié)果符合本文遴選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)共計(jì)231篇,計(jì)251例,共涉及10個(gè)血型系統(tǒng)。其中血型抗原報(bào)道的有112例,以ABO系統(tǒng)為主;血型抗體報(bào)道的有139例,以Rh系統(tǒng)為主。應(yīng)用三氯乙酸、乙醚等對(duì)紅細(xì)胞有損傷的單一化學(xué)試劑的放散試驗(yàn)近年來(lái)已很少采用。血型基因檢測(cè)技術(shù)逐步得到推廣。結(jié)論從本刊10年發(fā)表的血型參比文獻(xiàn)可以發(fā)現(xiàn)引起臨床輸血反應(yīng)等主要是ABO、Rh等10個(gè)血型系統(tǒng),新技術(shù)、新方法逐漸在血型參比中得到應(yīng)用,這對(duì)于研究疑難血型及其分子機(jī)制和保障臨床輸血安全起到了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the reference literature of red blood group in the past 10 years and to find out its present situation in order to provide a scheme for clinical blood group work. Methods Statistical analysis was made on the case reports and case studies of the RBC blood group reference from 2006 to 2015. The number of reported cases of the selected literatures was less than 3 cases. Results A total of 231 papers, 251 cases involving 10 blood group systems, met the selection criteria. Among them, the blood group antigen was reported in 112 cases, mainly by ABO system, and blood group antibody was reported in 139 cases, mainly by Rh system. The application of trichloroacetic acid, ether and other single chemical reagents to erythrocyte damage has been rarely used in recent years. The technique of blood group gene detection has been popularized step by step. Conclusion from the blood group reference published in the past 10 years, it can be found that 10 blood group systems, such as ABO,Rh and so on, are mainly caused by blood group reference, and new techniques and methods have been gradually applied in blood group reference. It plays an important role in studying the difficult blood group and its molecular mechanism and ensuring the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
