【摘要】：目的探討興趣誘導(dǎo)在兒科手術(shù)室護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇2015年1月—2016年7月在某醫(yī)院進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療的150例患兒作為研究對(duì)象,將其隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組(75例)和對(duì)照組(75例),試驗(yàn)組在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行興趣誘導(dǎo),包括設(shè)備興趣化、環(huán)境興趣化、興趣化互動(dòng)分散患兒注意力等誘導(dǎo)措施,以及針對(duì)不同年齡段患兒興趣特點(diǎn)的溝通、安撫、鼓勵(lì)等心理干預(yù)措施;對(duì)照組行常規(guī)護(hù)理。比較兩組干預(yù)前后焦慮程度評(píng)分、麻醉誘導(dǎo)配合度評(píng)分以及家長(zhǎng)對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組麻醉誘導(dǎo)配合度評(píng)分、干預(yù)后焦慮評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05);試驗(yàn)組患兒家長(zhǎng)對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論興趣誘導(dǎo)可有效減輕患兒術(shù)前焦慮,提高麻醉誘導(dǎo)配合度和患兒家長(zhǎng)對(duì)護(hù)理工作的滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of interest induction in pediatric operating room nursing. Methods 150 children who underwent surgical treatment in a hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases). Including equipment interest, environmental interest, interest interactive distraction of children's attention and other inductive measures, as well as different ages of children's interest characteristics of communication, comfort, encouragement and other psychological intervention measures; the control group was given routine nursing. The scores of anxiety, anesthetic induction and cooperation before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results the score of anesthetic induction matching degree after intervention was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05), and the satisfaction of parents in test group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion interest induction can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety, improve anesthetic induction cooperation and parents' satisfaction with nursing work.
