【摘要】：目的分析彩色多普勒超聲用于乳腺良性結(jié)節(jié)與乳腺癌的鑒別診斷價值。方法對三門峽市中醫(yī)院經(jīng)病理證實的乳腺癌患者49例(惡性組)和乳腺良性結(jié)節(jié)患者45例(良性組)的彩色多普勒特點及二維超聲圖像進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果惡性組大多表現(xiàn)為形態(tài)不規(guī)則、邊界不清、低回聲區(qū)微鈣化;良性組大多表現(xiàn)為形態(tài)規(guī)則、有包膜、邊界清、內(nèi)部低回聲,分布均勻;兩組血流分級、頻譜探及情況、阻力指數(shù)(RI)比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組收縮期峰值流速(PSV)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對于乳腺癌與乳腺良性結(jié)節(jié)的鑒別診斷,彩色多普勒超聲鑒別準(zhǔn)確,清晰度高,具有重要的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign breast nodules and breast cancer. Methods the color Doppler characteristics and two-dimensional ultrasound images of 49 patients with breast cancer (malignant group) and 45 patients with benign breast nodules (benign group) confirmed by pathology in Sanmenxia traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results the malignant group showed irregular shape, unclear boundary and microcalcification of hypoechoic area, while the benign group showed regular shape, with capsule, clear boundary, low echo inside and uniform distribution. The difference of resistance index (RI) was statistically significant (P0.05), while that of peak systolic velocity (PSV) in two groups was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is of great value in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer and benign breast nodules.
