高頻超聲在正中神經(jīng)掌皮支檢查中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的探討正中神經(jīng)掌皮支的超聲表現(xiàn)及臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法利用高頻超聲檢測64例志愿者正中神經(jīng)掌皮支的情況及超聲表現(xiàn),分析其與性別、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)的關(guān)系。同時(shí)對20例有正中神經(jīng)掌皮支損傷癥狀的患者進(jìn)行檢查,分析其異常情況。結(jié)果 (1)在志愿者組中,超聲能檢測正常正中神經(jīng)掌皮支的情況,顯示率為96.9%;其識別能力與患者的性別、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)無關(guān)(P0.05)。(2)正中神經(jīng)掌皮支損傷癥狀的患者中,超聲檢查成功率達(dá)95.0%。65.0%的病例有神經(jīng)異常:10例明顯腫大,2例神經(jīng)嵌入瘢痕組織,1例末梢神經(jīng)瘤形成。結(jié)論高頻超聲可以識別正中神經(jīng)掌皮支,并可分析其損傷的原因。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the ultrasonic findings and clinical value of metacarpal cutaneous branch of median nerve. Methods the metacarpal cutaneous branch of the median nerve was detected by high frequency ultrasound in 64 volunteers and its relationship with sex and body mass index was analyzed. At the same time, 20 patients with metacarpal cutaneous branch injury of median nerve were examined and their abnormalities were analyzed. Results (1) in the volunteer group, ultrasound could detect the metacarpal cutaneous branch of the normal median nerve with a rate of 96.90.Its recognition ability was not related to the patient's sex and body mass index (P0.05). (2). The success rate of ultrasonic examination was 95.0.65.0%. There were 10 cases of abnormal nerve in 10 cases of obvious swelling and 2 cases of nerve embedded scar tissue and 1 case of peripheral neuroma. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can identify the metacarpal cutaneous branch of the median nerve and analyze the causes of the injury.
