【摘要】：目的探索延續(xù)性護(hù)理模式對(duì)早產(chǎn)兒母親育兒認(rèn)知與心理健康的影響。方法以Ahmadi延續(xù)性護(hù)理模式為理論依據(jù),構(gòu)建早產(chǎn)兒母親從入院、住院至出院居家的全程延續(xù)性護(hù)理方案,采用臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照研究,選取2016年6月—2017年3月就診于北京市某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院住院部產(chǎn)科的106例早產(chǎn)兒母親為研究對(duì)象。實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用延續(xù)性護(hù)理干預(yù)模式,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理。于早產(chǎn)兒母親出院前3 d、出院后1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月收集兩組的延續(xù)性護(hù)理育兒認(rèn)知測(cè)評(píng)得分、心理健康測(cè)評(píng)得分。結(jié)果共98例完成研究,實(shí)驗(yàn)組延續(xù)性護(hù)理育兒認(rèn)知得分于出院后1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月高于對(duì)照組(P0.01),心理健康測(cè)評(píng)總均分于出院后3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),抑郁和焦慮維度得分于出院后1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論以Ahmadi延續(xù)性護(hù)理模式為理論依據(jù)的早產(chǎn)兒母親延續(xù)性護(hù)理方案,提高了早產(chǎn)兒母親的育兒能力及正性情緒,改善了早產(chǎn)兒母親的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of continuous nursing mode on the awareness and mental health of mothers of premature infants. Methods based on the theory of Ahmadi continuous nursing model, the whole continuous nursing program of premature mothers from admission, hospitalization to discharge home was constructed, and the clinical randomized controlled study was used. From June 2016 to March 2017, 106 mothers of premature infants in the department of obstetrics department of Grade 3A Hospital in Beijing were selected as the study subjects. The experimental group was treated with continuous nursing intervention mode, while the control group was given routine nursing. The scores of continuous nursing cognition and mental health were collected 3 days before discharge, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after discharge. Results 98 cases completed the study. The cognitive score of continuous nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after discharge (P0.01). The total average score of mental health assessment was 3 months after discharge and 6 months lower than that in the control group (P0.05). The scores of depression and anxiety were higher than those of the control group (P0.05). After 1 month, 3 months, 6 months lower than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion based on the theory of Ahmadi continuous nursing, the program of continuous nursing for preterm infants can improve the ability of child-rearing and positive emotion of mothers of premature infants, and improve the quality of life of mothers of premature infants.
