【摘要】：正品管圈始于20世紀(jì)50年代初期的日本,隨著時(shí)代進(jìn)步,被各個(gè)國家在經(jīng)濟(jì)制度、教育體系、護(hù)理質(zhì)量、藥物管理及醫(yī)療管理等各領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用~([1])。本院平均每月門診抽血量60 000余管,如果出現(xiàn)標(biāo)本不合格會(huì)給患者造成經(jīng)濟(jì)及精神上的負(fù)擔(dān),甚至?xí)诱`其治療時(shí)間。為降低抽血標(biāo)本不合格率,本課題組應(yīng)用品管圈活動(dòng)和相關(guān)工具,通過團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,檢查不合格標(biāo)本的原因,有針對(duì)性地采取對(duì)策,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。1資料與方法1.1一般資料選擇本院2015年3月至2015年6月門診抽
[Abstract]:The genuine product management ring began in Japan in the early 1950s. With the development of the times, it has been widely used in the fields of economic system, education system, nursing quality, drug management and medical management in various countries. The average monthly outpatient blood sampling in our hospital is more than 60,000 tubes. If the specimen is not qualified, it will cause economic and mental burden to the patients, and even delay their treatment time. In order to reduce the unqualified rate of blood samples, our group applied quality control circle activities and related tools, through team work, to check the causes of unqualified specimens, and take countermeasures accordingly.
