血清IL-34水平與SLE疾病活動(dòng)度關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:目的:檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(Systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者血清白細(xì)胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-34水平,并進(jìn)一步探討IL-34與臨床和實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)及SLE疾病活動(dòng)度的關(guān)系。方法:采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)測(cè)定78例SLE組及53名正常對(duì)照組血清IL-34水平,SLE組與正常組血清IL-34水平分析采用曼-惠特尼U檢驗(yàn)(Mann-Whitney U test)。結(jié)果:與正常對(duì)照相比,SLE組血清IL-34水平明顯高于正常對(duì)照組[(Median,128.9 pg/ml)vs(Median,52.4 pg/ml),P0.001],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。IL-34水平與SLE疾病活動(dòng)度、雙鏈DNA抗體(anti-double stranded DNA antibody,anti-ds DNA)滴度、C反應(yīng)蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)呈正相關(guān),與C3水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論:血清IL-34可能成為SLE的一血清標(biāo)志物,因其在SLE患者中升高,且與疾病活動(dòng)度相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the level of serum interleukin (Interleukin,IL)-34 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (Systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE) and to explore the relationship between IL-34 and clinical and laboratory indexes and SLE disease activity. Methods: serum IL-34 levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA) in 78 patients with SLE and 53 normal controls. The serum IL-34 levels were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test). U test. Results: compared with the normal controls, the serum IL-34 level in the patients with SLE was significantly higher than that in the normal controls [(Median,128.9 pg/ml) vs (Median,52.4 pg/ml) / P0.001]. There was a positive correlation between the level of IL-34 and the disease activity of SLE, and the titer of double-stranded DNA antibody (anti-double stranded DNA antibody,anti-ds DNA) and C-reactive protein (C-reactive protein,CRP). There was a negative correlation with C3 level. Conclusion: serum IL-34 may be a serum marker of SLE because it is increased in SLE patients and correlated with disease activity.
