【摘要】：目的調(diào)查癌癥患者睡眠狀況及其影響因素,為提高癌癥患者睡眠質(zhì)量,改善其生存質(zhì)量提供理論依據(jù)。方法選擇2015-07~2016-05延安市人民醫(yī)院腫瘤血液科病房確診為癌癥的155位患者為研究對(duì)象,采用匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表(PSQI)和一般情況問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行測(cè)試。結(jié)果癌癥患者PSQI總分為(8.61±4.91)分,其中PSQI總分7分有79人,占到51.6%。有癌痛、再婚、睡前想心事、文化程度中學(xué)及以上、年齡大于等于60歲的患者PSQI總分均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。癌癥患者年齡與PSQI總分呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論癌癥患者睡眠質(zhì)量較差。應(yīng)重視癌癥患者的睡眠狀況,對(duì)存在睡眠障礙的癌癥患者應(yīng)進(jìn)行及時(shí)干預(yù)和治療,提高其生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the sleep status of cancer patients and its influencing factors so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the sleep quality and quality of life of cancer patients. Methods one hundred and fifty-five patients diagnosed as cancer in the department of oncology and hematology of Yanan people's Hospital from May to May 2015-07 were selected and tested by Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index scale (PSQI) and General condition questionnaire (GQ). Results the total score of PSQI in cancer patients was (8.61 鹵4.91), and the total score of PSQI was 7 (79 cases), accounting for 51.6%. The total PSQI scores of patients with cancer pain remarriage thought before bedtime middle school education and above age more than 60 years old were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The age of cancer patients was positively correlated with the total score of PSQI (P0.01). Conclusion the sleep quality of cancer patients is poor. Attention should be paid to the sleep status of cancer patients, and timely intervention and treatment should be carried out to improve the quality of life of cancer patients with sleep disorders.
