【摘要】：目的分析不同交叉配血試驗技術(shù)在保障安全輸血中的重要作用,探索疑難交叉配血檢測策略。方法同步應(yīng)用鹽水介質(zhì)、聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及試管抗球蛋白法交叉配血試驗技術(shù)進(jìn)行了2 199例ABO與RhD同型血液相容性檢測,并對檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果鹽水介質(zhì)、聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及試管抗球蛋白法交叉配血陽性試驗結(jié)果分別為98、944、1 304及1 252例。98例鹽水介質(zhì)交叉配血陽性中而聚凝胺法、柱凝集法及試管抗球蛋白法交叉配血陽性檢出率分別為76.53%、88.78%及73.47%。柱凝集法與試管抗人球法交叉配血結(jié)果無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論鹽水介質(zhì)交叉配血技術(shù)在血液相容性檢測中必不可少。應(yīng)用多種交叉配血技術(shù)綜合分析疑難交叉配血結(jié)果,能夠進(jìn)一步保證臨床輸血安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the important role of different cross-matching test techniques in ensuring safe blood transfusion and to explore the difficult cross-matching detection strategy. Methods the homotypic blood compatibility of 2 199 cases of ABO with RhD was detected by using salt water medium, polyglutamide method, column agglutination method and test tube antiglobulin method simultaneously, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results the results of cross matching positive test of brine medium, polyglutamide method, column agglutination method and test tube antiglobulin method were 98 cases (98 cases) and 1 252 cases (1 252 cases), respectively. The positive rate of cross matching blood by column agglutination method and test tube antiglobulin method was 76.53 88.78% and 73.47% respectively. There was no statistical difference between the column agglutination method and the test tube anti-human ball method (P0.05). Conclusion the technique of cross-matching of brine medium is necessary in the detection of blood compatibility. The safety of clinical blood transfusion can be further ensured by using multiple cross matching techniques to analyze the results of difficult cross matching.
