【摘要】：失能老人是一個(gè)特殊的老年人群體,醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)是解決他們養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題的根本。為實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)針對(duì)性、全覆蓋、長(zhǎng)期性、高質(zhì)量、低成本的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求,需要在服務(wù)模式、服務(wù)主體、服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)方式、服務(wù)保障等方面不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。青島實(shí)行的長(zhǎng)期醫(yī)療護(hù)理保險(xiǎn)制度,為醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)提供了實(shí)踐性的創(chuàng)新成果�；谠撝贫�,醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合服務(wù)可以獲得更多的創(chuàng)新思路和空間,以更好解決失能老人的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Disabled elderly is a special group of old people, and the combination of medical and nursing services is the fundamental to solve their pension problems. In order to realize the realistic requirements of combining medical and nursing services with pertinence, full coverage, long-term, high quality and low cost, we need service mode, service main body, service content, service mode, Service security and other aspects of continuous implementation of the combination of medical and maintenance services innovation and development. The long-term medical and nursing insurance system implemented in Qingdao provides practical and innovative results for the combination of medical and nursing services. Based on this system, the combination of medical and nursing services can obtain more innovative ideas and space to better solve the problem of the disabled elderly.
