【摘要】：目的探討"康復2030"國際相關康復政策與康復發(fā)展相關行動。方法文獻研究和政策研究。結果從理論上闡明"康復2030"與實現聯合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標的聯系,特別是實現健康全覆蓋的目標。分析"康復2030"對實現聯合國《殘疾人權利公約》的重大意義。為實現"康復2030"目標,呼吁采取如下行動:在國際上提升康復意識,實現全民健康覆蓋,提升康復服務可及性,改進康復治理的結構和水平,提升康復服務水平,降低康復成本,建設綜合性健康信息系統采集功能和康復數據,強化康復科學研究等方面。結論 "康復2030"行動可促進實現聯合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the international rehabilitation policy and action related to rehabilitation development of Rehabilitation 2030.Methods Literature and policy studies were conducted.Results The relationship between Rehabilitation 2030 and the goal of sustainable development of the United Nations by 2030 was theoretically clarified,especially the goal of full health coverage. To achieve the goal of "Rehabilitation 2030", the following actions are called for: to raise the awareness of rehabilitation internationally, to achieve universal health coverage, to enhance the accessibility of rehabilitation services, to improve the structure and level of rehabilitation management, to enhance the level of rehabilitation services, to reduce the cost of rehabilitation, to build a comprehensive health information system to collect functions and rehabilitation data. Conclusion Rehabilitation 2030 can promote the realization of the sustainable development goal of the United Nations by 2030.
