【摘要】：目的探討"康復(fù)2030"國際相關(guān)康復(fù)政策與康復(fù)發(fā)展相關(guān)行動(dòng)。方法文獻(xiàn)研究和政策研究。結(jié)果從理論上闡明"康復(fù)2030"與實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的聯(lián)系,特別是實(shí)現(xiàn)健康全覆蓋的目標(biāo)。分析"康復(fù)2030"對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國《殘疾人權(quán)利公約》的重大意義。為實(shí)現(xiàn)"康復(fù)2030"目標(biāo),呼吁采取如下行動(dòng):在國際上提升康復(fù)意識(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)全民健康覆蓋,提升康復(fù)服務(wù)可及性,改進(jìn)康復(fù)治理的結(jié)構(gòu)和水平,提升康復(fù)服務(wù)水平,降低康復(fù)成本,建設(shè)綜合性健康信息系統(tǒng)采集功能和康復(fù)數(shù)據(jù),強(qiáng)化康復(fù)科學(xué)研究等方面。結(jié)論 "康復(fù)2030"行動(dòng)可促進(jìn)實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)合國2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective To explore the international rehabilitation policy and action related to rehabilitation development of Rehabilitation 2030.Methods Literature and policy studies were conducted.Results The relationship between Rehabilitation 2030 and the goal of sustainable development of the United Nations by 2030 was theoretically clarified,especially the goal of full health coverage. To achieve the goal of "Rehabilitation 2030", the following actions are called for: to raise the awareness of rehabilitation internationally, to achieve universal health coverage, to enhance the accessibility of rehabilitation services, to improve the structure and level of rehabilitation management, to enhance the level of rehabilitation services, to reduce the cost of rehabilitation, to build a comprehensive health information system to collect functions and rehabilitation data. Conclusion Rehabilitation 2030 can promote the realization of the sustainable development goal of the United Nations by 2030.
