【摘要】：目的調(diào)查了解一起不明原因群體性肺部感染的病原菌。方法通過流行病學(xué)分析,運(yùn)用熒光定量PCR、ELISA、膠體金、VITEK2生化鑒定以及MALDI-TOF-MS飛行時間質(zhì)譜技術(shù)對可疑菌進(jìn)行鑒定,并將分離到的可疑菌與病例血清進(jìn)行凝集試驗。結(jié)果從環(huán)境標(biāo)本中分離到2株淺白隱球菌,并與病例血清發(fā)生特異性凝集。結(jié)論此次肺部感染可能與淺白色隱球菌感染有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogens of an unknown group of pulmonary infections. Methods by means of epidemiological analysis, biochemical identification of VITEK2 and MALDI-TOF-MS time-of-flight mass spectrometry were used to identify suspicious bacteria, and agglutination tests were carried out between the isolated bacteria and case serum. Results two strains of Cryptococcus shallowi were isolated from environmental samples and were specifically agglutinated with the sera of the patients. Conclusion the pulmonary infection may be related to Cryptococcus albicans infection.
