【摘要】：目的對老年人下肢肌力進(jìn)行量化評估。方法 2016年12月至2017年3月,50名老年受試者納入研究。確定了老年人下肢肌力評估指標(biāo),包括髖外展肌、髖內(nèi)收肌、髖伸肌、髖屈肌、膝伸肌、膝屈肌、踝背屈肌、踝跖屈肌,并結(jié)合手持式肌力測試儀(HHD)進(jìn)行等長肌力測試。建立灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行決策與評估,通過徒手肌力檢查(MMT)給出的老年人下肢肌力的分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行評判。結(jié)果能力完好的老年受試者為13名,其余37名屬于輕度障礙水平。結(jié)論基于對老年人下肢肌力量化評估需求,建立了一種老年人下肢肌力的客觀評估模型,便于為老年人下肢肌力分級,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行不同的康復(fù)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the muscle strength of lower extremity in the elderly. Methods from December 2016 to March 2017, 50 elderly subjects were enrolled in the study. The evaluation indexes of lower limb muscle strength were determined, including abductor muscle, adductor muscle, extensor muscle, flexor muscle and plantar flexor muscle, and the isometric muscle strength was measured with (HHD). A mathematical model of grey relational analysis was established for decision making and evaluation. The grading criteria of lower limb muscle strength of the elderly were determined by the unarmed muscle strength test (MMT). Results the number of healthy elderly subjects was 13, and the remaining 37 were at mild disability level. Conclusion based on the needs of quantitative evaluation of lower limb muscle strength of the elderly, an objective evaluation model of lower limb muscle strength of the elderly is established, which is convenient for the classification of lower limb strength of the elderly and for different rehabilitation guidance.
