【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)導(dǎo)管相關(guān)血行感染預(yù)防指南的質(zhì)量差異,對(duì)各指南間的推薦建議進(jìn)行一致性分析,為開展中心靜脈導(dǎo)管血行感染預(yù)防工作及發(fā)展指南提供參考。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索2004~2014年導(dǎo)管相關(guān)血行感染預(yù)防指南,采用AGREEⅡ評(píng)價(jià)納入指南的方法學(xué)質(zhì)量,并用指南一致性評(píng)價(jià)工具對(duì)各指南推薦建議的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行一致性分析。結(jié)果共納入全球6個(gè)地區(qū)的10篇導(dǎo)管相關(guān)血行感染預(yù)防指南;采用AGREEⅡ評(píng)價(jià)得出推薦4篇,不同程度修改后推薦6篇;共對(duì)比19條推薦建議,其中一致1型8條,一致3型1條,一致4型2條,不一致A型2條,不一致B型1條,未能分析5條。結(jié)論現(xiàn)有導(dǎo)管相關(guān)血行感染預(yù)防指南總體質(zhì)量較高,但制定的方法學(xué)仍有待進(jìn)一步規(guī)范;指南各條目一致性分析的灰色地帶及未能分析出結(jié)果的條目仍需進(jìn)一步研究及證據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality difference of the guidelines for the prevention of catheter-related blood infection, and to analyze the consistency of the recommendations among the guidelines so as to provide a reference for the prevention and development of central venous catheterization.
