并聯(lián)式雙靜脈壺透析管路的設(shè)計及應(yīng)用效果研究

【摘要】：目的設(shè)計并聯(lián)式雙靜脈壺透析管路,并檢測其在無肝素血液透析患者中的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法 2014年5月—2016年6月選取某三級甲等醫(yī)院血液凈化中心收治的120例無肝素血液透析患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,每組各60例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組應(yīng)用自行設(shè)計的并聯(lián)式雙靜脈壺透析管路進(jìn)行透析,對照組采用傳統(tǒng)透析管路進(jìn)行透析。記錄2組在透析過程中各管路部件(透析器、靜脈管路、動脈管路)預(yù)防性更換的數(shù)量、因凝血導(dǎo)致整條管路丟棄的數(shù)量和第1副管路完成治療的時間。結(jié)果 2組因凝血導(dǎo)致整條管路丟棄的數(shù)量及第一副管路完成治療時間的比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用并聯(lián)式雙靜脈壺透析管路透析可以減少因凝血導(dǎo)致整條管路丟棄的數(shù)量、延長第一副管路治療的時間。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a dual venous catheter for hemodialysis without heparin, and to detect its clinical application in patients without heparin hemodialysis. Methods from May 2014 to June 2016, 120 hemodialysis patients without heparin were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was dialyzed with the self-designed double venous jug and the control group was dialyzed with the traditional dialyzer. The number of preventive replacement of each tube unit (dialyzer, vein, artery) during dialysis, the number of discarded tubes due to coagulation and the time of completion of treatment of the first accessory line were recorded in the two groups. Results there were significant differences in the number of discarded tubes and the completion time of the first pair of tubes in the two groups due to coagulation (P0.05). Conclusion dual jugular dialysate tube dialysis can reduce the number of the whole tube discarded due to coagulation and prolong the time of treatment of the first tube.
