【摘要】：目的探討醫(yī)護(hù)一體化對糖尿病患者管理的應(yīng)用。方法對內(nèi)分泌科2015年6月-2016年6月收治的400例患者按改革前后分為對照組和觀察組,各200例。對照組采用常規(guī)醫(yī)療護(hù)理模式,而觀察組采用醫(yī)護(hù)一體化模式,比較兩組病人糖化血紅蛋白值、健康教育知曉率、滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組的糖化血紅蛋白、平均住院日低于對照組;觀察組的病人健康教育知曉率、滿意度均優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論糖尿病患者實(shí)施醫(yī)護(hù)一體化模式對患者的糖化血紅蛋白、健康教育知曉率、滿意度、平均住院日等方面有很好的作用,可供臨床借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of medical and nursing integration in the management of diabetic patients. Methods 400 patients from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine medical nursing mode, while the patients in the observation group were treated with the integrated model of medical care. The patients' glycosylated hemoglobin values, awareness rate of health education and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results the HbA1c in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the awareness rate and satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the implementation of the medical and nursing integration model in diabetes patients has a good effect on glycosylated hemoglobin, awareness rate of health education, satisfaction degree and average hospitalization days, which can be used for clinical reference.
