健康教育對心源性猝死高;颊呒覍偌本饶芰Φ挠绊

【摘要】:目的探討健康教育對心源性猝死高危患者家屬急救能力的影響。方法將100例冠心病患者家屬分為對照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組各50例,對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)教育,實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)施系統(tǒng)性健康教育,比較干預(yù)前后2組患者家屬對心源性猝死疾病相關(guān)知識的掌握情況、CPR技能操作、焦慮心理及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果干預(yù)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組對心源性猝死的疾病誘因(84.0%vs 20.0%)、預(yù)防措施(88.0%vs 24.0%)、心臟驟停先兆(90.0%vs 18.0%)、緊急求救方法 (94.0%vs 70.0%)、心肺復(fù)蘇知識(80.0%vs 16.0%)、藥物自救知識(90.0%vs 56.0%)的掌握率均顯著高于對照組(P0.01);實(shí)驗(yàn)組對評估現(xiàn)場環(huán)境(90.0%vs 36.0%)、判斷意識(80.0%vs 30.0%)、檢查呼吸(92.0%vs 38.0%)、檢查頸動脈搏動(94.0%vs 18.0%)、啟動應(yīng)急反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)(94.0%vs 70.0%)、擺放體位(88.0%vs 20.0%)、胸外按壓(88.0%vs 20.0%)、開放氣道(80.0%vs 12.0%)、人工呼吸(72.0%vs 14.0%)、評估CPR及后續(xù)處理(70.0%vs 20.0%)等CPR技能操作掌握率均顯著高于對照組(P0.01);實(shí)驗(yàn)組SAS焦慮自評分(46.2±6.1)顯著低于對照組焦慮自評分(57.3±6.0)(P0.01);實(shí)驗(yàn)組對護(hù)士溝通技巧(94.0%vs 76.0%)、護(hù)理能力(92.0%vs 68.0%)、人文關(guān)懷(90.0%vs 60.0%)、心理指導(dǎo)(94.0%vs 56.0%)的滿意度顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論健康教育能夠有效提高心源性猝死高;颊呒覍賹膊∠嚓P(guān)健康知識、急救知識的掌握率,提高其CPR技能操作水平,減輕焦慮心理,提高對護(hù)理工作的滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of health education on the first aid ability of family members of patients at high risk of sudden cardiac death. Methods 100 family members of coronary heart disease patients were divided into two groups: control group (n = 50) and experimental group (n = 50). The relative knowledge of sudden cardiac death (SCD) was compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. CPR skills, anxiety and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results after intervention, The predisposing factors of sudden cardiac death (84.0%vs 20.0%), preventive measures (88.0%vs 24.0%), cardiac arrest precursor (90.0%vs 18.0%), emergency call for help (94.0%vs 70.0%), cardiopulmonary resuscitation (80.0%vs 16.0%) and drug self-rescue (90.0%vs 56.0%) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01). The group assessed site environment (90.0%vs 36.0%), consciousness of judgment (80.0%vs 30.0%), respiratory examination (92.0%vs 38.0%), carotid pulsation (94.0%vs 18.0%), activation of emergency response system (94.0%vs 70.0%), posture (88.0%vs 20.0%), external chest compression (88.0%vs 20.0%), open airway (80.0%vs 12.0%), artificial respiration (72.0%vs 14.0%), evaluation of CPR and posterior respiration (72.0%vs 14.0%). The rate of mastery of CPR skills was significantly higher in 70.0%vs (20.0%) than that in control group (P0.01), SAS self-score in experimental group (46.2 鹵6.1) was significantly lower than that in control group (57.3 鹵6.0) (P0.01), communication skills (94.0%vs 76.0%), nursing ability (92.0%vs 68.0%) and humanistic care (90.0%vs 60.0%) in experimental group. The satisfaction degree of psychological guidance (94.0%vs 56.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the knowledge of disease related health and first aid of family members of patients with sudden cardiac death, improve their CPR skills, reduce anxiety and improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
